Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work on SensatoTrade.

Eligibility

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Non-returnable: Perishables, personal care (opened), customized items, and digital downloads.

Refund Processing

Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Card payments: Refund to original method.
  • COD orders: Transferred to your bank account.

Damaged Items

Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Return

Go to your Orders page and select the relevant order.

Click "Request Return" and provide a valid reason.

The vendor will review and approve within 2 business days.

Ship the item back using the provided return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In those cases, the vendor covers all return shipping expenses.
