Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the vendor's warehouse. Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, while global shipping may take 7-14 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags intact. Once verified, we will process your full refund or exchange.
To join our multi-vendor ecosystem, click on "Become a Vendor" and complete the registration form. You will need to provide valid business identification and tax details. Our team will audit your profile within 48 hours to grant you access to your Seller Dashboard.
You can cancel your order from the "Account Settings" or "Order History" section as long as the status is "Pending" or "Processing." Once the order has been handed over to the courier for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may opt for a return upon delivery.
